After
many months of discussion and hard work, we are finally
ready to roll out the changes to the Bibles Cover The
Earth program! This issue of the newsletter
will be dedicated to describing the main changes
and upgrades to the program.
Let’s
start from the beginning.
1.
The embossing kit
and hot stamp embossing machine will become
optional.
We found that many people we've talked to about the
Bibles Cover The Earth program are very interested in
providing Bibles to people who need them but were
hesitant to do much embossing.
Some people loved it, but many were just not interested. The embossing
machine will still be available separately through the shopping
cart.
Because the emphasis will be less on the
embossing of Bibles and more on the donation and
distribution of Bibles, participants in the business
opportunity will now be called Distributors instead of
Embossing Centers.
2.
The enrollment fee
will change from $350 to $125. Because the
embossing machine will be optional, the enrollment fee
can be decreased which should make the program more
appealing to a larger portion of the population. With enrollment,
new Distributors will receive a Bibles Cover The Earth
Instructional Manual which will outline all aspects of
the program and give instruction on how to grow their
Bibles Cover The Earth business and “Spread the
Word”. Just
as before, new Distributors will receive access to their
own replicated Bibles Cover The Earth website and
shopping cart.
3.
As a part of the sign up
process, new Distributors will create a Bible Pack Autoship
order. As a
reminder, an “Autoship order” refers to the designation
of a monthly recurring order of something from the
shopping cart.
In the case of this Autoship order made at the
time of sign-up, the new Distributor will choose from
among 10 different Bible Pack options (each Bible Pack
choice will be comprised of 2 Bibles of the persons
choosing).
New Bible Pack options will become available as
new versions are requested and made available through
the Bibles Cover The Earth program. It is important
to note that this Autoship order can be cancelled at any
time after the initial sign-up process is completed.
4.
The new emphasis of
the program will be getting Bibles distributed to the
various Bible Outreach programs associated with Bibles
Cover The Earth. As before,
Distributors have the option of receiving
their Bibles at their regular shipping address. However,
now Distributors also have the option of letting us know at
the home office to instead send their purchased Bibles directly
to one of the Outreach programs. This is just a
way to make it easier for people to participate in the
Autoship program and in the Bible Outreach
programs.
This will help people stay active in the program while
avoiding the hassle of finding somewhere or someone
to send their Bibles to each month.
5.
Donations can now be
made through the program to purchase Bibles for the
various Outreach programs.
Donations can be made by anyone, even if they are
not involved with Bibles Cover The Earth in any other
way.
So that donations can be eligible for a tax
deduction, we have partnered with Cornelius House
Ministries, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) company to receive
the donations.
Every penny of any donation will go exclusively
to the purchasing of Bibles for the designated Outreach
program.
If
you are an existing Distributor (previously called an
Embossing Center) you can email the home office at ContactUs@BiblesCoverTheEarth.com
to request a free electronic version of the new
Instructional manual that can be reviewed and/or
printed. Or, if you would
rather have a full color version (like the one to be
sent to new Distributors), let us know and we will get
you one. It should be noted that
existing Distributors are not required to change
anything other than being sure they understand the
aspects of the new changes we've made to the
program as they describe it to new potential partners.
Distributors are encouraged to read through this
manual and consider attending one of the upcoming
Bibles Cover The Earth meetings we are planning, so that you
can be well versed in details of the new
program.
And, as always, feel free to email
us at the above address with any questions you may
have.
